RAA were delighted to sponsor the annual UDG conference again this year, even though the format was a little different.
Taking place on zoom the conference was held over 3 days from 17th to 19th November, with 3 sessions covering Storm overflows & water quality, Urban flooding and Digital technologies in urban drainage management. The WaPUG Prize and Margetts Bursary Award were also awarded.
Martin Allitt, Director and Lydia Crowther, Hydraulic Modeller, attended as delegates and Richard Allitt delivered the keynote for Session 2 on Urban Flooding with an overview on the progress of the IUD Modelling Guide update alongside Katie Pearson from AECOM.
