RAA was established in 1996 to deliver innovative solutions for the complex needs of customers of the urban drainage industry. As Consulting Engineers, we maintain a traditional family based approach to business, putting client needs first and resolving flooding problems in the urban environment using the latest hydraulic modelling and analytical techniques.
As a small consultancy we like to think we can be highly responsive and cost effective while at the same time offering a high quality specialised service. With offices in Sussex and the North West we operate nationally resolving flooding issues across the country.

InfoWorks ICM (integrated all-source catchment modelling) is our program of choice due to its superior power and detailed 1D-2D coupling capabilities. It offers exceptional results through its general versatility and functionality of the software and provides us with the ability to test future developments within the catchment through use of ‘scenarios’.

RAA has a fully certified business management system incorporating ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental and ISO 45001:2018 Health and Safety standards. We are Cyber Essentials certified and currently working towards ISO 27001 Information Security.
