RAA are pleased to announce that we are sponsoring the CIWEM UDG Annual Conference again this year, despite the event being held remotely as a digital series due to the current pandemic restrictions.
Taking place over 3 days 17th – 19th November 2020, the three sessions will cover Storm overflows and water quality, Urban flooding and Digital technologies in urban drainage management. As is traditional the UDG committee will also announce the WaPUG prize and Margetts Bursary Award winners.
Richard Allitt will also be delivering the keynote speech for the Urban Drainage session on day 2, along with Katie Pearson from AECOM. Richard and Katie will be giving an update on progress with the CIWEM UDG Integrated Urban Drainage Modelling Guide. The project is at an advanced stage and we are hoping that the official launch will be in early 2021 – please watch out for further announcements.
We are looking forward to all three sessions and hope to see lots of the UDG community there.
