RAA welcomes 4 new employees

Richard Allitt Associates are delighted to announce the recent recruitment of 4 new team members to be based at our Staplefield offices in West Sussex.

Benoit Bacher, Hanna Kugachandran and Lydia Crowther have joined us as Graduate Hydraulic Modellers to further strengthen our resources following another successful year for the company which celebrated 20 years in business in 2016.

Benoit joins us having worked as a project engineer using InfoWorks ICM for river, sewer and hydrology modelling after gaining a Masters degree in Hydraulic Engineering.   Lydia and Hanna join us directly from completing their studies at University of Liverpool and Newcastle University respectively. Lydia completed her masters in Environmental Science and has a keen interest in Flood Risk Management and Assessment and Hanna studied MSc Hydrology and Climate Change whilst having a strong interest in water resources and developing a career in hydrology.

Joshua Hale also joins the company as GIS/ICT Technician and will offer system support across various areas of both RAA and Remote Aerial Surveys as well as providing additional resource to our GIS team going forward.

Technical Director Kerry Foster says “It’s fantastic to have 4 new and enthusiastic team members on board with a range of skill sets, we are sure they will contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.  They will have key supporting roles in several of our ongoing projects including our framework contract with Severn Trent which has recently been extended for a further 3 years.”

We would like to take this opportunity to formally welcome them all to the company and the industry, and wish them every success in their new roles and future careers with RAA.
