In an industry historically dominated by males, Richard Allitt Associates are extremely proud of their current workforce diversity in which 50% of employees are female.
Posts held by women range from Director level to the latest graduate recruits, including hydrologists, hydraulic modellers and GIS technicians. Remote Aerial Surveys which also operates under RAA is also training up 2 female drone pilots to join the flight crew.

International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Richard Allitt Associates support the call to motivate and unite friends, colleagues and whole communities to think, act and be gender inclusive.
